So why would we open yet another – when the local market is saturated?
The answer is simple: All of those other places are missing something. And it’s a biggie.
Community. I know, not what you would associate with a fitness program. This is because it’s not about “Fitness 450.” It’s really about you.
YOU are our first priority: What are your goals? What motivates you to be physically fit and active? Are you making progress? Are you having fun?
This is the basis of Fitness 450.
OK, OK, I’ll tell you what the workout is. Fitness 450 workouts are 60-minute, station-based small group training sessions. Participants wear heart rate monitors to allow Coaches to focus on your progress. (That’s code for not letting you slack off or push beyond your limits.)
We opened in the winter of 2017, and all of the classes used high intensity interval training. About 9 months later the program evolved –based on 450ers needs, to vary the workouts to now include 450 Power, 450 Cardio, and 450 HIIT.
It’s your everyday, go to workout.
What’s the significance of 450?
- 4 Every BODY (because we can take anybody, at any level, put them in any class, and deliver a solid workout.)
- 5 Weeks to a stronger YOU (if you can commit, you will see results)
- 0 Excuse (‘nuff said. With small class sizes we see everyone from weekend warriors to stay-at-home moms to newbies.)
There’s one more thing. It’s FUN! No two workouts are the same. This is great to ward off boredom and keep it safe.
You will get sweaty. You will wear those sweat stains like a badge of honor and you will feel accomplished. The Coaches will not let you get away with anything less!
