Kathy’s mantra is: If it doesn’t challenge you, it will not change you.” 
Kathy’s love of fitness began 20 years ago, when she started her own fitness journey taking classes and working with a trainer. She loved it, and went on to get her own certifications. Kathy prides herself on her ability to motivate others to achieve their goals. Boot camp is her favorite training format.

Fun Facts

Kathy loves music and dance. She often heads over to NYC and for dance lessons at  Alvin Ailey.  Her favorite styles are are Afro-Brazilian samba and hip hop.
