Chris became a certified personal training after completing his own fitness journey of losing more than 150 pounds. He loves motivating his clients and groups with fun workouts, all while keeping them well-informed along the way!
IFPA Certified Personal Trainer and Exercise Specialist, Crossfit Level 1 Trainer, Weight Loss Training, Functional Fitness, Olympic Weight lifting, and Pre-and Rehabilitation Training. Chris holds an Associates Degree in Exercise Science, and he is working toward his Bachelor’s Degree Exercise Physiology.
Outside of the gym, Chris is active in anything outdoors. He regularly competes in local competitions.
