450 HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training
450 HIIT training sessions focus on high intensity interval training. You will train like an athlete by performing intervals of “all out effort” interspersed with intervals of active rest. All participants wear heart rate monitors so 450 Coaches can tailor the intensity to each person in the room depending on individual fitness levels and goals.
All workouts use classic circuit training and station based, boot camp style exercises. You will surprise yourself with all you can do in a 60-minute workout. Different drills include tabata, plyometrics, bodyweight exercises, cable pushes and pulls, sprints, sled pushes, and rowing. Throughout the workout, your Coach is keeping track of your heart rate to make sure you are making the most of your time so you get you results .
This class is perfect for those looking for a whole new source of motivation and inspiration to help you HIIT your goals and find results. 450 HIIT will awaken your inner athlete.
